1. Overview

QuantStone Studio is a private, internal tool used only by the QuantStone team to manage and publish its own videos to its TikTok account (@tradewithalgo_robot).

2. Data we collect

• Basic TikTok profile information of the connected account (scope user.info.basic: nickname and avatar), used only to show which account is connected.
• TikTok access and refresh tokens, stored only so that the team's videos can be uploaded and published.
• The team's own videos, captions and publishing status.

No other personal data is collected. No data from other TikTok users is accessed.

3. How data is used

Data is used only to upload and publish the team's own videos to its TikTok account (scopes video.upload and video.publish), and to track their publishing status.

4. Sharing

No data is sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on a private server operated by QuantStone, behind an authenticated login, and is only accessible to the team.

6. Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept only as long as needed for publishing and are deleted when the account is disconnected. All data is deleted on request, and access can also be revoked at any time from the TikTok app settings.
